“Victoria’s Vital Signs” is an annual report and community check-up for the Greater Victoria region, produced by the Victoria Foundation, that measures the quality of life and identifies community concerns. It uses data and citizen surveys to assess how the region is doing in various areas, such as housing, safety, and arts and culture. The report’s goal is to connect philanthropy with community needs and support action on critical issues.

CWAS has received grants from the Victoria Foundation for the past three years under the Vital Signs category of Belonging and Engagement. For this category Victoria remained at a B- over 2024.

Check out the CWAS feature on page 24 of the report Victoria Vital Signs 2025.
