Katherine was born and raised in Toronto but to the quote her; “The ocean and mountains are in my blood.” Katherine has retired from School District 63 after 25 years as teacher, Educational Assistant (EA) and EA supervisor. She is a long time Saanich resident having spent 20 years in North Saanich before moving to Central Saanich 25 years ago.
Working with school age children is her passion and that, along with a love for cycling drew her to our program.
