The online booking system allows you to book two (2) weeks in advance and no later than 3 days before a ride.

You must check the online booking system for that week to see if passengers are signed up. If it is within 24 hours and there are no passengers signed up, you do not have a scheduled ride. Pilots do not get a confirmation email when passengers sign up.

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email after you book time slots. You will also receive a reminder email the day before your scheduled ride.

Yes. All passengers require a valid waiver. Waivers are valid for 1 year after signing. Visit our waivers page for more.

Pilots are responsible for finding a substitute for their ride(s). Send an email to all pilots asking for someone to fill in your time slot. Once someone has volunteered, you must cancel your online booking and your substitute must sign up for that time slot.
